after the sport day i AM 61KG

i am trying to gym my weight up and now it drop =0=
God damn it
i tried so hard
then in a day i lost 2 kg ==
after the sport day my whole body muscle arch
damn pain
2 day can't exercise
3 day can't run
sigh
need to train more hard
1.5 km this time i want train 2km
time is running away
3 more month
i will have to say bye bye to my school
a bit lost
