Actually you don't need a lot of products on your skin and face

all you have to do is :

every week have 3 to 4 day exercise

everyday drink 1800ml or 2000ml of clean water

don't eat too much spicy food and oil food

wash your face clean on the morning and night before you sleep

every day sleep before 11 pm

the most late you can sleep is on 12.30am

and don't smoke

eat fruit and vegetable

if only you are allergy

if not don't use too much face products on your face

and go find those doctor to help

don't simply use product you don't really know

don't simply eat those medicine

and be happy

don't simply touch your face

cause your hand very dirty

when you touch it must wash your hand

and when your wet

change your cloths

keep yourself clean

and it will keep your skin clean

use warm water to bath yourself first

in the end use cold water wash all the body product
